Yoga I for Credit at UWM

If you want to deepen your knowledge of yoga in a small group setting, but aren’t looking for the rigor of a 200 hour training or to teach, I am offering a 7 week, one-credit Yoga I class through UWM’s College of Heath Sciences (Sport and Rec) that will cover:

Asana

Ashtanga (Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga, not the asana practice ascribed to Pattabi Jois)

Koshas
