We all are magical beings able to harness the power of the universe, and Morgan uses hers to heal relationships to our Selves, to one another, and to our divine Earth and cosmic Home. While pursuing and completing a BFA at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Morgan was attempting to awaken art viewers to a more harmonius, grateful relationship with the planet, but soon realized yoga to be a more effective tool to help people develop self and global awareness and respect.
Morgan Herum, RYT500/E-RYT200, began yoga as a teenager and devoted her life to yoga once she realized its power to transform. Morgan has completed over 700 hours of training in anatomy, Patanjali’s Ashtanga, Bhakti, Hatha, Karma, and Jnana Yoga in Milwaukee, Costa Rica, Indonesia, and India. Morgan teaches internationally as well as in Milwaukee, offering public, corporate, and private classes, workshops, yoga teacher trainings, and foundational classes at UWM. Morgan applies ancient yoga wisdom not only to her teachings, but to her whole life by choosing a sustainable vegetarian diet, transportation (by bicycle), gardening, composting, and engaging in a life of service.
